To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26)
• A short description of what happened and what you expected

Managing your subscription

Remember offers an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited voice transcription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. To change or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Restoring a purchase

If you’ve subscribed before and don’t see your access on a new device or after reinstalling, open Remember, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, or by request. See Delete Your Account for the steps.
