You can permanently delete your Remember account, and your journal data, directly inside the app. No email or request form is required.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Remember and go to the Me tab.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and your synced data are permanently deleted from our servers.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, account identifier)
• All journal entries, with their Scripture references and tags
• Voice transcription records, including any transcripts stored with them
• Subscription entitlement and free-minutes activation records held on our backend
• Your sign-in tokens. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the app’s sign-in permission.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is managed by Apple or Google and should be cancelled separately in your device’s account settings (deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription).

What we keep, and for how long

• Anonymous usage statistics and crash diagnostics. Basic figures about how the app is used, and technical crash reports. They are recorded under random identifiers, never your name, email, or anything you wrote, and deleting your account does not change them.
• Subscription and purchase records. If you ever subscribed, RevenueCat (our subscription infrastructure) keeps its record of that subscription, and Apple or Google keep their own purchase records, for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• A device security record (iOS only). We keep the device attestation key used to confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the app, with its link to your account removed, so old security credentials cannot be replayed against us.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email elizabeth.rememberapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
