Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Remember account, and your journal data, directly inside the app. No email or request form is required.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Remember and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and your synced data are permanently deleted from our servers.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, account identifier)
• All journal entries and their Scripture references
• Voice-transcription usage records

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is managed by Apple or Google and should be cancelled separately in your device’s account settings (deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription).

What we keep, and for how long

• Anonymous usage statistics. We collect basic, anonymous figures about how the app is used. They are never linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you, so deleting your account does not change them and there is nothing in them to remove.
• Records of subscription payments. If you ever subscribed, we keep the record of that payment for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email elizabeth.rememberapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
