Delete Your Account

Remember — Bible Journal

You can permanently delete your Remember account, and all data associated with it, directly inside the app. No email or request form is required.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Remember and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and your synced data are permanently deleted from our servers.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, account identifier)
• All journal entries and their Scripture references
• Voice-transcription usage records
• Your feedback-board posts and comments

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription is managed by Apple or Google and should be cancelled separately in your device’s account settings (deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription).

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email praisy.eli@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
